The Opportunity

Great content does more than communicate information. It helps people understand a problem differently, recognize opportunities, and make better decisions.

That's the kind of content we want to create at Censinet, and we're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can help us do it.

This role is for someone who loves to write, thinks strategically about marketing, and understands how content influences the buying process. You'll help determine what content we need, who it's for, and how it can support our business objectives. Just as importantly, you'll be the person who brings much of that content to life.

You'll create everything from blogs, white papers, and executive briefs to webinar content, research reports, sales enablement materials, and integrated campaign assets. You'll work with subject matter experts, commercial leaders, and colleagues across the business to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling content that resonates with healthcare executives.

We're a lean, collaborative team, so this is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, shape our content priorities, and see how your work supports marketing campaigns, sales conversations, and business growth.

What You'll Do

Develop content strategy that supports the buyer journey

  • Understand our target audiences, the challenges they face, and how they evaluate and purchase solutions.
  • Identify content opportunities and recommend the right assets, messaging, and formats to support buyers from initial awareness through evaluation, purchase, and expansion.
  • Help shape integrated campaigns that connect meaningful content with demand generation and pipeline objectives.

Create content that informs, engages, and influences

  • Research, write, and edit blogs, white papers, ebooks, executive briefs, press releases, customer stories, and thought leadership content.
  • Develop narratives and content for webinars, speaking engagements, research initiatives, and industry benchmarking reports.
  • Interview subject matter experts and customers to uncover insights, develop compelling stories, and ensure accuracy.
  • Translate complex healthcare cybersecurity, systemic risk, and AI governance topics into clear, differentiated content for executive and practitioner audiences.
  • Repurpose major content assets across channels to extend their reach and impact.

Support campaigns and sales

  • Partner with Digital Marketing to develop messaging and copy for email campaigns, landing pages, nurture programs, events, and product launches.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, solution sheets, competitive content, and buyer education resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand buyer questions, identify content gaps, and develop assets that help advance opportunities.

Own execution and continuously improve

  • Manage the editorial calendar and deliver content on schedule, coordinating reviews and approvals across teams.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, writing, editing, and production while maintaining high standards for original thinking, accuracy, and quality.
  • Work with Digital Marketing and Commercial Operations to understand content performance and use insights to improve future content and campaigns.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strong writer who also understands the business of marketing. Someone who can see the bigger picture, recognize what's needed, and take an idea from concept to finished product.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience creating B2B marketing content, including substantive long-form content for executive audiences.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of work you personally authored.
  • A strong understanding of content strategy, demand generation, buyer journeys, and how different assets support different stages of the sales cycle.
  • The ability to research unfamiliar or complex subjects, ask thoughtful questions, and turn technical information into accessible, persuasive content.
  • Experience developing content that supports marketing campaigns, sales engagement, and measurable business results.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency using AI tools to improve the speed and effectiveness of content development without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound editorial judgment, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, content management systems, and SEO fundamentals.

Experience in healthcare technology, cybersecurity, third-party risk management, AI governance, or B2B SaaS is strongly preferred. Familiarity with healthcare buying committees and Zoom webinars is a plus.

Why Censinet?

Healthcare organizations face increasingly complex risks as technology, third parties, and artificial intelligence become more deeply connected to patient care. Helping healthcare leaders understand and manage those risks is important work.

At Censinet, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to conversations that matter, work alongside experienced leaders and subject matter experts, and help shape how we bring our perspective to the market.

You'll also have room to think creatively, take ownership of your work, and make a visible contribution to a growing business.

If you're a strong writer who enjoys thinking strategically, learning new things, and turning ideas into content that makes an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
