Jigar Kadakia is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Chief Information Security Officer at GeneDx. He has more than 20 years of information security and IT leadership experience across multiple industries, with a deep focus on healthcare. Previously, Kadakia served as Global Chief Information Officer, Core Services and Vice President and CISO at Emory Healthcare, and prior to that as Chief Information Security and Privacy Officer at Mass General Brigham. He has spoken at numerous security and privacy forums, roundtables, and conferences and is a recognized thought leader in the healthcare cybersecurity and privacy space. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University. He is CISSP, CIPP, and HITRUST Certified, and also holds certification in Risk and Information System Controls.
